Welcome at Whispering Meadow Stables!

So I have a lot of ideas in my head, but I find it really hard to write them down. Mostly because english isen't my main language and I haven't wrote english since school (a couple of years ago haha). So let me know if there are some mistakes or if things are unclear

Story

Well let's say I may or may not based my concept on the idea of obtaining a wild Obertaurer

I just got back into drawing and was looking for a semi-natural active horse breed and when I saw the breedsheets and the story behind the Obertaurer I fell in love with it! But there are a couple rules before you can obtain one like having an active HARPG-stable. Which I'm not yet, but I'm really busy getting active and hope to obtain my own Obertaurer soon! When I can't obtain an Wild Obertaurer I will try to breed one (so if anyone has some pretty Obertaurer open for breeding let me know I really want a chestnut roan/red bay roan etc.

So the original concept I had in my mind is about a girl, Elizabeth Lonbury (Elly), who is new to the stable and just got her first own horse (a wild Obertaurer in my mind haha).

Most of the other riders at the stable think it's crazy that she has a wild horse. They think she can't handle the horse and love watching it go wrong. But deep down they are probably a bit jealous of her pretty horse and all the attention they are getting.

The owner of the stable Tuck Freling has a lot of knowledge about horses. In his young days he was kind of an cowboy. Always on a horse and close by a herd of cows to watch over or some wild Mustangs he had to catch. But those days are in the past. Now he runs this stable. A couple of horses are owned by other people and there are horses owned by Tuck, but trained and competed by other riders.

His son Alec Freling is one of the riders who trains the horses of his dad. He also supports Elly and helps her with training her horse. He likes Elly a bit or maybe a lot

With help of Alec and Tuck (and some others) Elly will get a bond with her horse and will ride it. Later she will train and hopefully compete the horse, but there will be a lot of ups and down and an interesting story line ahead. I don't know what kind of temperament the horse is going to have, so I will base the rest of the storyline on that

• 2 big meadows at the front with water pool

• 1 youngster paddock always +/- 6 young horses of Tuck

The Humans

Tuck Freling

Owner of WMS. Occasionally goes on trail rides with WMS Shepherd, but mostly gives lessons to the riders

Son of Tuck. Competes his dad's horse WMS Shepherd and his own horse WMS Skittles

Elizabeth Lonbury (Elly)

The new girl. Has her own horse (WMS Strawberry Shortcake). Will later help train other horses.

Olivia Gates

Bit of a mean girl. Rides Tuck's horses. Will later ride WMS Blue Eyes.

Andrew Hammons

Goofy Guy. Rides Tuck's horses. Will later ride WMS Jack Daniels

There will be random horses and riders futured in the background stories. But I don't want do have a million horses and barely draw them so for now I feel comfortable with +/- 5 horses

So after years and years of not drawing, not even opening dA, I decided to give it a go again.

Because of Covid I have a lot of free time on my hands. So I bought an old tablet, downloaded a free trail of photoshop (don't know if i'm going to buy it but the tablet doesn't have penpressure when using gimp..) and there we go.

I won't be using any of my old characters and am in the search for new ones.

Searching for an active (semi-)natural breed open for new import at the moment. So if anyone knows a good one let me know!

Don't know if anyone is going to read this haha, but still if anyone knows any fun competitions or something that's active let me know!

I really want to find the right horse and be active with HARPG again

I cant wait to get started again! I have a lot of ideas for a new stable and storyline!
